Wynn Golf Course Wins Gold Medal Award

Wynn Golf Course Wins Gold Medal Award

The only golf course connected to a resort on the Las Vegas Strip is being honored by Golf Magazine.

Wynn Golf Club has earned the magazine’s Gold Medal Award. It is one of 25 courses in the country to get the award and the only course in the state with the honor. The award did not come from a panel of judges but from golfers. Thousands of readers of Golf Magazine cast their votes for the Gold Medal Award winners.

“It’s a tremendous honor to be recognized by our guests and Golf Magazine,” said Brian Hawthorne, director of the Wynn Golf Club. “Our dedicated team of golf professionals is committed to providing a world-class golf experience in an unparalleled setting that guests truly value.”

The golf course was designed by famed architect Tom Fazio and Steve Wynn. It is an 18-hole, 7,042 yard, par 70 golf course with a dramatic waterfall on the 18th hole. Green fees are $500 per round.
