China Grill Reported To Be Laying Off 350 People | Restaurants
An overhaul of THEhotel at Mandalay Bay brings more changes for both properties.
China Grill Management is said to be laying off more than 350 people from its company-owned restaurants in the Mandalay Bay. The restaurants Red Square, China Grill, and Red, White and Blue are set to close Nov. 18, according to reports from restaurant employees.
