LAS VEGAS-- Nevada Highway Patrol has reopened lanes on I-15 southbound at Flamingo after a man was struck by a vehicle. 

NHP says shortly before 5 a.m., a man was struck by a vehicle on the interstate. The male victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

This is the third time in a week that someone has been hit by a car while trying to cross the interstate. The other two pedestrians were killed.
