Only 1 week in, Mariah Carey cancels a show | News
LAS VEGAS — Mariah Carey has only been performing at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for a week and she's already canceled one of her shows.
Wednesday night's show was canceled, and according to a report in Page Six, it won't be rescheduled.
The singer took to her Instagram account to say she's been battling bronchitis.
"Hey guys.. I've been fighting bronchitis for the past few days.. almost better but on mandatory vocal rest per doctor's orders. I'm so sorry to cancel tonight's show but I promise to make it up to you!!! Love you always, MC," the post said.
Caesars Entertainment said customers who purchased tickets for the canceled performance with a credit card will automatically be refunded on that credit card. Customers who bought tickets with cash will have to go to the original place of sale with the tickets to get a refund.
Her next show is scheduled for Saturday.
