Arrest Report: Stoll busted at pool entrance after voluntary patdown
News

LAS VEGAS -- LA Kings center Jarret Stoll agreed to the patdown at the entrance of the MGM Grand's Wet Republic pool on Friday that resulted in his cocaine possession arrest.

According to his arrest report, there was a sign posted at the entrance saying pool security would conduct patdowns and Stoll agreed to one. A security guard found an off-white powder in two baggies and numerous gel caps with an off-white powder inside. The items were found in the back pocket of Stoll's swimming trunks.

When Stoll was asked if the powder was cocaine, he said, "yes."

The seized items were tested and found to be 3 grams of cocaine and 8 grams of the narcotic MDMA, also known as "Molly," the report said.

Stoll, an NHL player, was released on his own recognizance from the Clark County Detention Center on Friday night. He's accused of being in possession of cocaine.

He is expected to appear in a Las Vegas courtroom within several weeks. The court date is not immediately known.
