Caesars Palace Concierge Honored by International Group

The concierge supervisor at Caesars Palace has just received the prestigious honor known as the “Les Clefs d’Or.” The title is French for “the keys of gold.” The honor is given out by an international concierge group with the same name. It works to promote excellent service for hotel guests.

Jasmin “Jas” Vitale will now wear a crossed gold key symbol on the lapel of his uniform to show guests they are dealing with someone dedicated to serving their every need. Vitale started his concierge career at Caesars Palace in 2006. With this honor, there are now five Les Clef d’Or concierges on the staff of Caesars Palace.
