Fans Celebrate Jackson's Life

Fans Celebrate Jackson's Life

The legacy of Michael Jackson lives on despite his untimely death two years ago.

This weekend Jackson will be honored at a fan festival at Mandalay Bay. The festival coincides with the start of the show "Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour" by Cirque du Soleil. The show will be at Mandalay Bay through December 27.

The fan fest will take fans through a journey of the superstar's life from his days as a child star with the Jackson 5 to his time as the biggest pop star in the world with the release of "Thriller." Personal items from Jackson's estate will be on display including his Rolls-Royce limousine, the statue created for the HIStory tour, the spaceship used for the video "Scream" and the throne used in the "Remember the Time" video.

A very special appearance is planned for Sunday. Fans will be able to meet three of Jackson's brothers: Marlon, Jackie and Tito Jackson. They will be talking with fans and signing autographs.
