The legacy of Michael Jackson lives on despite his untimely death two years ago.

This weekend Jackson will be honored at a fan festival at Mandalay Bay. The festival coincides with the start of the show "Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour" by Cirque du Soleil. The show will be at Mandalay Bay through December 27.

The fan fest will take fans through a journey of the superstar's life from his days as a child star with the Jackson 5 to his time as the biggest pop star in the world with the release of "Thriller." Personal items from Jackson's estate will be on display including his Rolls-Royce limousine, the statue created for the HIStory tour, the spaceship used for the video "Scream" and the throne used in the "Remember the Time" video.

A very special appearance is planned for Sunday. Fans will be able to meet three of Jackson's brothers: Marlon, Jackie and Tito Jackson. They will be talking with fans and signing autographs.

Fan fest will be open for four hours starting Saturday, but it will close during show times for "Immortal." Tickets start at $35, but for $75 people can buy VIP tickets which will allow them access to all the events at the festival including a special VIP lounge.

“Michael Jackson Fan Fest will add an unparalleled addition to Michael Jackson THE IMMORTAL World Tour’s extended three-week run at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino,” Daniel Lamarre, President and CEO of Cirque du Soleil said. “Fan Fest gives fans the opportunity to experience Michael Jackson as a man, iconic performer and immortalized legend.”
